David is Managing Director of Satchell and Associates based in Hong Kong, forming a long term partnership with Indochine for the Vietnam market.
David is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 30 years of professional structural engineering experience around Australia and internationally, having worked abroad in London on the Wembley National Stadium, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
Most recently, David has delivered the podium structural engineering for the US$4B Wynn Palace project on the Cotai Strip in Macau while undertaking Expert Evidence, Due Diligence and Technical Advisory work on a number of major developments in Hong Kong and around the region.
Satchell and Associates, in partnership with Indochine, are currently delivering a number of major projects in Vietnam, including high-rise residential in Binh Duong & Da Nang, resort developments in Cam Ranh & Ho Tram, and a Wink Hotel in Ha Noi.
