Le Ngoc Ho is a Director with ICE, with specialist expertise in design and construction management. Ho is also a company legal representative for fire design and consultancy services as required by the local authority.
Ho has over 30 years experience with a refrigeration engineering degree from the Fisheries University in Nha Trang. Ho has excelled as a project engineer, responsible for design and construction phases of projects, for a number of M&E contractors in HCMC and surrounding provinces, prior to joining Indochine Engineering.
