09/11/2018 Developing solar power in Vietnam As of June 10, 2018, 100 solar power projects had been added to provincial and national power development plans, a move to realise the Prime Minister's Deccision 11/2017/QD-TTg on mechanisms encouraging solar power projects in Vietnam.
